Welcome to Mood, a beacon of specialty coffee excellence within the ROASTERRA group, meticulously curated since 2019. At Mood, our devotion lies in serving coffee that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also narrates a tale, with each cup scoring above 80 on the specialty coffee scale. From the verdant fields of Ethiopia to the majestic peaks of Colombia, we offer a global coffee odyssey, roasted locally in Romania to ensure unparalleled freshness.
At the helm of Mood's journey are our founders, Laura and David. While Laura spearheads the project, David lends his support as needed. Their shared love for coffee and adventurous souls have propelled them across the globe, exploring the diverse tapestry of coffee cultures and flavors. This quest for enlightenment and connection forms the soul of Mood, infusing our offerings with worldly insights and traditions.
The path to Mood's resurgence in 2023, featuring a minimalist yet profoundly meaningful design, was fraught with challenges and enlightenment. Despite the closure of our original Timisoara shop due to the pandemic, we remained undeterred. Instead, we unveiled a coffee cart, bringing our specialty brews to intimate gatherings and some of Romania's grandest festivals. This chapter bestowed upon us invaluable insights into our clientele's desires and enabled us to curate bespoke coffee experiences for Romania's foremost companies during their most cherished occasions.
Our journey transcends mere coffee; it's a testament to resilience, a celebration of passion, and an opportunity to deepen our comprehension of our patrons' true desires. As we press forward at Mood, our vision remains steadfast: to cultivate a sanctuary where each sip of coffee embarks on a voyage, each event becomes a cherished memory, and each patron becomes a cherished member of our community.
